The crinkle fries was decent but nothing special. Definitely will not be seeking out another Which Which ever unless I am dying of hunger. Best to go to Jersey Mike's. Now that's a sandwich with a ton of flavor and quality ingredients. Sorry Which Which but I don't have a problem I have placed on-line orders for in-store pick-up three times now and have been forced to wait well beyond the projected pick-up times provided with the order confirmation. To make matters worse, today I had to wait again and when the order was ready it was incomplete causing me to wait further.
Tried veg caprese and tuna sandwich in lunch. It was good. You can mix and match many things with your sandwich that's what i like in which which. Definitely recommend this place. Good food. Still can't tell if I like ordering on a paper bag. But I don't like ordering at Subway, either. Pretty quick service, prices are decent, staff was good. Nothing amazing stuff out, but definitely a good place to go to mix up places to eat. I love the black bean Patty sandwich and the way you order.
It's different than the usual places. The red head employee with glasses who was managing the store today at 12 was rude and disrespectful and implied i was on a diet because i mentioned i was hungry after being told i couldn't order my sandwich for 20 minutes. I absolutely love which Wich.
When they say Superior sandwiches they arn't kidding. I love to get the turkey spinach wrap with a ton of veggies and red pepper and yellow mustard Yum yum.
However this location specifically has some problems, the food is fantastic but the customer service is complete garbage. When I go in the staff are never smiling, they never appear to be happy at their jobs.
There's been a couple times where my sandwich has been clearly half-assed when they've been making it. The ingredients are falling out of a sandwich when I'm trying to open the paper wrap it's in even when I don't have that many ingredients in the sandwich in the first place.
When I've done delivery, they've gotten my order wrong quite a couple of times, making mistakes like adding cheese I'm lactose intolerant or even sometimes having an entirely different meat inside the sandwich or Salad that I order.
And also the time when I went to get a sandwich and they shut down 30 minutes early specifically so they could feed their family that came to visit. While I highly recommend Which Wich, I can't exactly recommend this location. Long story short, they've gotten lazy and are kind of giving the Which Wich franchise a bad name. Ricky and Alex did a fantastic taking care of my family.
They were very helpful, super nice, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Coming from working at a Which Wich in a different state, it was refreshing to know I can come to another location clear across the country and still thoroughly enjoy my experience!
Food was delicious, service was fast, and no matter how many requests I had they were happy to oblige. I recently discovered Which Wich in Pasadena and am thrilled to discover another one in El Segundo, walking distance from my office. Everyone there will know me by name really soon! It is the next best thing to flying to New Orleans for a traditional Po' Boy! Out of all of the sandwich places, I personally prefer which wich!! The best part is the customizability and the number of options that they have compared to others.
I mean what other place gives you crispy onion pieces as an option. However, this location is usually a hit or miss. The sandwiches are either really good or bleh. Also, the service here is sometimes meh, but it's close to work so it fills the bill.
