Violate not the sanctity of the symbols of Allah, nor of the sacred month, nor of the animals brought for sacrifice, nor the garlands that mark out such animals, nor the people resorting to the sacred house, seeking of the bounty and good pleasure of their Lord.
But when ye are clear of the sacred precincts and of pilgrim garb, ye may hunt and let not the hatred of some people in once shutting you out of the Sacred Mosque lead you to transgression and hostility on your part. Help ye one another in righteousness and piety, but help ye not one another in sin and rancour: fear Allah: for Allah is strict in punishment. The works of such bear no fruit: In Fire shall they dwell.

If anyone desires a religion other than Islam submission to Allah , never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost All spiritual good. Truly, the religion with Allah is Islam. Those who were given the Scripture Jews and Christians did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them.
And whoever disbelieves in the Ayat proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc. Tell those who believe, to forgive those who do not look forward to the Days of Allah: It is for Him to recompense for good or ill each People according to what they have earned.

Unbelievers do but beckon you to the Fire. This day are all good things made lawful for you. The food of those who have received the Scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And so are the virtuous women of the believers and the virtuous women of those who received the Scripture before you lawful for you when ye give them their marriage portions and live with them in honour, not in fornication, nor taking them as secret concubines.
Whoso denieth the faith, his work is vain and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter. Nor will ye worship that which I worship. And dispute ye not with the People of the Book, except with means better than mere disputation , unless it be with those of them who inflict wrong and injury : but say, "We believe in the revelation which has come down to us and in that which came down to you; Our Allah and your Allah is one; and it is to Him we bow in Islam.

Those messengers We endowed with gifts, some above others: To one of them Allah spoke; others He raised to degrees of honour ; to Jesus the son of Mary We gave clear Signs , and strengthened him with the holy spirit.
If Allah had so willed, succeeding generations would not have fought among each other, after clear Signs had come to them, but they chose to wrangle, some believing and others rejecting. If Allah had so willed, they would not have fought each other; but Allah Fulfilleth His plan.
Say: "I am no bringer of new-fangled doctrine among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. So he broke them to pieces, all but the biggest of them, that they might turn and address themselves to it.

Prohibited to you For marriage are:- Your mothers, daughters, sisters; father's sisters, Mother's sisters; brother's daughters, sister's daughters; foster-mothers Who gave you suck , foster-sisters; your wives' mothers; your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom ye have gone in,- no prohibition if ye have not gone in;- Those who have been wives of your sons proceeding from your loins; and two sisters in wedlock at one and the same time, except for what is past; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful;- Quran And remember when thy Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their reins, their seed, and made them testify of themselves, saying : Am I not your Lord?
They said: Yea, verily. We testify. That was lest ye should say at the Day of Resurrection: Lo! Ye will not be able to deal equally between your wives, however much ye wish to do so.
But turn not altogether away from one , leaving her as in suspense. If ye do good and keep from evil, lo! And their Lord hath accepted of them, and answered them: "Never will I suffer to be lost the work of any of you, be he male or female: Ye are members, one of another: Those who have left their homes, or been driven out therefrom, or suffered harm in My Cause, or fought or been slain,- verily, I will blot out from them their iniquities, and admit them into Gardens with rivers flowing beneath;- A reward from the presence of Allah, and from His presence is the best of rewards.
Men have authority over women because God has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because God has guarded them.
As for those whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them. Then if they obey you, take no further action against them. Surely God is most high. Women who are divorced shall wait, keeping themselves apart, three monthly courses. And it is not lawful for them that they should conceal that which Allah hath created in their wombs if they are believers in Allah and the Last Day.
And their husbands would do better to take them back in that case if they desire a reconciliation. And they women have rights similar to those of men over them in kindness, and men are a degree above them. Allah is Mighty, Wise. Those who slander chaste women, indiscreet but believing, are cursed in this life and in the Hereafter: for them is a grievous Penalty, Quran Say, the Holy Spirit has brought the revelation from thy Lord in Truth, in order to strengthen those who believe, and as a Guide and Glad Tidings to Muslims Quran Say O Muhammad, to mankind : Who is an enemy to Gabriel!
For he it is who hath revealed this Scripture to thy heart by Allah's leave, confirming that which was revealed before it, and a guidance and glad tidings to believers; Quran Had We sent this as a Qur'an in the language other than Arabic, they would have said: "Why are not its verses explained in detail?
O mankind! This is a Book, whose verses are made decisive, then are they made plain, from the Wise, All-aware: Quran He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental of established meaning ; they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah.
And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding. We know indeed that they say, "It is a man that teaches him. The word of thy Lord doth find its fulfilment in truth and in justice: None can change His words: for He is the one who heareth and knoweth all. For them are glad tidings, in the life of the present and in the Hereafter; no change can there be in the words of Allah.
This is indeed the supreme felicity. None of Our revelations do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, but We substitute something better or similar: Knowest thou not that Allah Hath power over all things? When We substitute one revelation for another,- and Allah knows best what He reveals in stages ,- they say, "Thou art but a forger": but most of them understand not.
And when he brought them the Truth from Our presence, they said: Slay the sons of those who believe with him, and spare their women. But the plot of disbelievers is in naught but error. Throw the child into the chest, and throw the chest into the river: the river will cast him up on the bank, and he will be taken up by one who is an enemy to Me and an enemy to him': But I cast the garment of love over thee from Me: and this in order that thou mayest be reared under Mine eye.
But they called to their companion, and he took a sword in hand, and hamstrung her. So they hamstrung the she-camel, Quran But We had not given them Books which they could study, nor sent messengers to them before thee as Warners. And every nation had a messenger Quran We took the Children of Israel across the sea: Pharaoh and his hosts followed them in insolence and spite.

So he resolved to remove them from the face of the earth: but We did drown him and all who were with him. Such is Allah, your Lord. There is no God save Him, the Creator of all things, so worship Him. And He taketh care of all things.
